How do credits work?
Credits are the currency for all AI generations on Spira. Every video, image, or AI task consumes a set number of credits based on the model and settings used. Your credits refresh each month on your billing date.
How many videos or images can I generate?
It depends on your plan and the model you choose. Starter (1,200 credits) can produce 80 Seedance 2.0 videos or 240 Nano Banana images per month. Creator (4,000 credits) gets 266 videos or 800 images. Pro (15,000 credits) gets 1,000 videos or 3,000 images.
Can I purchase additional credits?
Yes. All paid plans can buy credit packs at any time. The discount on packs scales with your plan — Creator gets 20% off, Pro gets 40% off — so upgrading your plan also reduces the cost of extra credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle on Starter, Creator, and Pro plans. Business plan credits never expire, making it ideal for teams with variable workloads.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade immediately and your new credits and features are available right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What is the 1.5× credit multiplier?
All credit costs shown reflect the user-facing rate, which includes a 1.5× multiplier on top of the raw API cost. This covers infrastructure, model access fees, and continued platform development.
